Okaaaay, so I tried drawing "realistically", and this is what I came up with...(realistically being a loose term lol) *whimpers* It SUCKS, I know, but gimme a break, I haven't gone out of the "cartoony" box in YEARS!! :*( I actually used to be very good at realism, believe it or not, but now I'm totally screwed. Damn my obstinance for not taking more art classes!! T_T *sigh* The lips are what's off the most *I THINK*...for some reason I'm bad at lips. =-/ Here're the pics of Leticia that I used for my references -- ain't she cute? =-P lol They're during the "infamous" Desmond/Leticia jail scene:

Anywhos, this is Leticia Faye from Dark Shadows---*gush* I love, love, LOVE her...definitely my favorite Nancy Barrett character ever. =-P She was SO effing adorable, and yeah...I loved her. lol I wish I could get one of KLS' characters to look right on a sketch pad, but daggone it, I can't...*sigh* I know that all the reference pics are super different, but I wanted to make sure I got all the details right. *nods*

Hee, thanks! ^-^ I always kinda liked the hairstyle too, but for some reason my mom would always say, "Why does she always have that doofy ball on top of her head?" lol

That's good! :3 The eye on the right seems odd though, I think it's too close to the side of the face maybe..?

Actually, that's where the eye was...kinda. o_O I dunno, SOMETHING'S off. -_-' *slaps face* Aaah, my scanner just growled at me... O_O lol Having a scanner in my dorm ROCKS! :-D That's how I was able to draw that up in 15 mins. and post it right after! Whoop! Now that I look at it, it sucks...booo! lol I'm working on a cartoony version of her right now that I think is pretty cute...just gotta color her. ^-^

LOL That's just a nice way of saying it sucks. >:P hehe Everybody seems to like the "interesting" hair...it really made no sense, actually, since it's down with a ball on top. =-P She just curved her hair to the side so that it looked kinda pony tail-ish, but I still thought she was cute that way. lol

=-P You can't make buns, or you can't draw them?? I can do both, but it's harder for me to make them since mine always look so frumpy. =-P Cinnamon buns are good, though! :-D Aaaah... *drools* Grah, I started class yesterday, and I am SO wiped out -- I've got 10+ papers to write and like 40 books to read...AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!! *dies* lol
